Landing Construction Ltd. was founded in 1976 by Bryan Stinn. Not just a businessman who knows how to have a house built, Bryan has worked his whole life in the construction trade and understands each step in the construction process. His vast knowledge of the construction industry comes from a long career where he worked on the construction of several saw mills, Mica Dam and various residential construction projects. Since its conception, Landing Construction has built individual homes, seniors housing complexes, such as Park Place and Spruce Landing, and the Avenue West apartment complex. Landing Construction has also done many commercial projects such as Alexander’s Beach Pub and liquor store, the Best Western Motor Inn, Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church and the Coldstream City Hall and Community Policing Office.
Landing Construction takes pride in the design and construction of its homes, from the family starter to high end executive homes. A home built by Landing Construction is not your standard home. Arches, niches, rounded corners and exquisite level of finishing bring our homes to a much higher level.
