We met Bryan Stinn of Landing Construction in the fall of 2005 while we were in the area looking for property to possibly build a home on someday. Upon looking at Landing Construction’s show home and others that were under construction, we decided to purchase a lot from them in the Royal Oak subdivision of East Hill. We were impressed with the construction and finishing in each home as it was built.
Whether talking to Bryan, Pauline, Brad or Katrina, they always had time for us and answered our queries about the progress of our home. Often decisions were agreed upon by phone or a simple handshake and that meant a lot to us. From the start of construction to the completion of the landscaping we felt we were dealing with trustworthy people whom we call friends today.
